Check-in and Check-out Times
Our check-in and check-out times are designed to give us adequate time to prepare the room for our next customer.
- Check-in: From 2:00 pm onward
- Check-out: Before 10:00 am
However, if you require any other time for check-in and check-out, kindly inform the motel prior to your stay, as it may not always be possible.
Cancellation and Booking Changes
Cancellation and modification policies may be different based on the kind of booking made and the rate chosen at the time of making the booking.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the rooms or at the premises of City Gardens Motel. If you are travelling with a service dog, kindly get in touch with the motel prior to making a reservation.
Non-Smoking Rooms
All rooms at City Gardens Motel are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Guests are asked to follow all applicable smoking requirements and use only suitable areas where permitted. Any damage, cleaning or extra costs caused by smoking inside a room may be charged to the guest.
No Drinking in Common Areas
The consumption of alcohol is not allowed in the public areas of the motel. This is one of the policies that helps to keep a pleasant atmosphere for all kinds of guests at the motel.
Guest Behaviour
Everyone is supposed to show respect and courtesy towards other people, employees and the motel premises. The violation of peace and quietude by any guests will lead to the cancellation of the booking without returning the payment. Moreover, guests will have to pay for any damage to the motel premises caused during their stay.
Room and Property Care
Please take care of the room and its contents, furniture, fittings and other equipment of the motel. Any problems with your room should be reported to our employees at once in order to solve them during your stay. Guests will have to pay for damage, loss or cleaning caused by the unreasonable use of the room and its premises.
Children and Family Stays
Families are welcome at City Gardens Motel. Our Family Rooms include one queen bed and two single beds, making them suitable for families travelling together.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout their stay and for ensuring that children follow the motel's safety and behaviour requirements.
Parking
Parking will be free of charge for our guests. The availability of parking may depend on the number and nature of your vehicles. In case you are coming with large vehicles or a trailer, it is advised to contact us in advance.
Wi-Fi and Motel Facilities
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. The motel also provides selected facilities and services for guests' convenience. Availability may vary from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues or other circumstances outside the motel's control.
Continental Breakfast
Continental breakfast is available on request and is chargeable. Please speak with the motel team about availability and breakfast arrangements during your stay.
Personal Belongings
The security of your belongings is your own responsibility during the duration of your stay at our motel. We ask that you take reasonable care of your belongings. If you forget an item when checking out, please inform the City Gardens Motel immediately to see if the item is available.
